One common task in all real estate closings is the Carbon/Smoke Detector Certification from the local Fire Department. Why do you need to waste your valuable time finding someone to inspect them before the closing to ensure they are not expired or are not working properly. You should be out selling or buying because that's where you make your money!!!. This is where I come in. I will validate the "type" that is required, inspect its expiration, ensure they are installed in the correct locations and I will test them to ensure they are working as required. If they are not working I can replace them according to the State of Mass and Local Town/City requirements. 

Another way I can assist your business is with any Home Inspection Issues or even getting the property ready for the Home Inspection. There is always some minor issues to address especially with FHA inspections right? From non-working electrical outlets/switches and dripping faucets to much larger structural issues like rotted sills, temporary lally columns and of course insect damage. Or maybe you just need the yard cleaned up and some plants and mulch installed for more curb appeal? Maybe have the house power washed?  I can help with all of this and more.
