Yes, I will provide detailed scope of the work to be completed within the estimate for your project. There are instances where depending on the work required it will be Time & Material and no estimate can be provided.

I communicate with you every step of the way. If I can see that I will not have the work completed by the agreed-upon time, I will provide you a new completion date.

Yes I am. I hold an Unrestricted Construction Supervisor License from the Commonwealth of Mass as well as Home Improvement Contractor License, The are both listed at the bottom of my websites home page.

Well that really depends on what you would like me to do. There are certain projects that require a permit but one is usually not needed for ordinary repairs. Every city and town is different.

Depending on the scope of the project/repair I may require a down payment before the work can be started. All payments are due in full the day the repair or project is completed. We do not accept credit cards, debit, Venmo or any type of electronic payment.
